Plexiglas Resist®

The quality of Plexiglas® always performs for display stands

Geprom produces display systems using Plexiglas Resist® (shockproof) produced and certified by Rhöm, a German company specialized in the production of this precious and versatile material. Used for different kinds of products, Plexiglas Resist® (shockproof) has features of transparency similar to glass, but with a substantial difference in higher impact and wear resistance.

Plexiglas Resist® (shockproof) is weatherproof, tough, brilliant and highly transparent. Geprom uses Plexiglas Resist® (shockproof) material with resilience features which is 4 times more superior than the extruded type commonly used.   With Plexiglas Resist® (shockproof) Geprom produces most of their display stands such as the complete range of flat pockets, brochure holders, wall showcases and accessories for totem.

Furthermore, the Rhöm certification also gives a 30 years warrantee against yellowing to every product. And it is precisely visible yellowing which many plastics get over time.  With Plexiglas Resist® (shockproof) sheets, even after 30 years, the absolute grades of yellowing are at the lowest possible rate compared to other common plastics. Furthermore, the action of sunlight, thanks to the technology NATURALLY UV STABLE does not alter the appearance, the gloss or the surface over a space of 30 years.

Using Plexiglas Resist® (shockproof), certified by Rhöm, in display systems by Geprom, guarantees a high level of transparency and maximum light transmission.  Another feature making Plexiglas® an excellent material is its slow combustion. In fact, it burns without smoke and emission of toxic or corrosive gases, providing a contribution to safety in case of fire. The production of Plexiglas® occurs in certified plants (according to the quality standards DIN EN ISO 9001, and eco-friendly certificate DIN EN ISO 14001) by means of processes safeguarding the environment.
